For starters we had actually began the home loan process with another (major) bank before switching to top mortgage. With the prior bank the process was an absolute nightmare. We switched to Top Mortgage roughly a month before our closing date and they were able to get everything sorted out in just 3 short weeks. (The previous lender wanted almost 60 days and a ton of fees on top of that). The professionalism and expediency that Top Mortgage provided was absolutely top notch! I am a Broker that was referred to Laura Levit in 2005 after my buyer was denied. I was told by the Listing agent that they would give an extension if we run the file through Laura because she is always up front and honest. If she says the file can get done, it can and will happen. If she believes it cant be done, she won’t beat around the bush.
Laura said it could be done after everyone else said NO!
Not only did she get my client closed she has NEVER FAILED to close 1 of my clients provided over the last 10 years, always the BEST RATES possible. I send all my clients to her and tell everyone I know how magical she is. The best example is she closed my VA client in 3 WEEKS…AMAZING as the other lenders require 6 weeks!
